Shipping & Returns

Products are generally available from stock as listed, but it's always a good idea to contact us first if you are considering placing a special order, or ordering large quantities of a specific item.

We are not responsible
 for typographical errors! In any endeavor as big as this online store, there could be mistakes, as we are human. While we believe we have very competitive prices, If you see a price of $2.00 on something that normally costs $200.00, it's likely a typo. We reserve the right not to honor prices deemed as "typos" by us.

Shipping

We ship fast! Most orders are processed the same or next business day. However, tinted paint or plaster may require an additional day to ship.

Standard domestic shipping times range from 1 - 5 business days, plus 1 day for handling as noted above. We typically ship orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (1 to 3 business days to most US locations) or UPS Ground (1 to 5 business days). Some items, especially oil-based coatings, are restricted by the DOT from air travel and so must be shipped by ground and are therefore ineligible for expedited shipping.

We understand deadlines! We know you need to get your project completed so if you need expedited shipping or want to know when to expect your order, we encourage you to call us. We don't currently offer Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping on our website but we'll be happy to give you a quote if you reach out to us and get your order out the door.

We typically ship each order from the closest warehouse where the item is in stock. In some cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments. In this case you can expect to receive a tracking notification for each shipment.

While most things ship with the standard $9.99 shipping charge, there are restrictions:

Offer only good within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Some special order, oversize, and overweight items do not qualify for standard shipping.
  • Returns will have the freight charge deducted from the return credit.
  • Offer only applies to purchases completed through our website.

Return Policy

If you have a problem with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to call us at 212-868-0943 or email us at sales@mccolluminteriors.com to see if we can resolve the problem for you. In addition, we offer a 15 day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. All returned merchandise must be unopened and in re-saleable condition. 

Special Orders, Custom Tinted Products, and Custom Cut Lengths are 
not returnable

Returns may incur a re-stocking fee of 20%, at our discretion. Orders of over $500 worth of any single particular product, or orders of more than 4 gallons of any single particular product, will be considered special orders, and may not be returnable.

Please call us in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 15 days of purchase date.
  Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case of a defective product, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
